Tiana Lashae’s (she, her), talent for the art of photography is magnified by her ability to put people at ease and help people relax while in front of the camera. She’s able to capture natural, beautiful, candid moments between family members at pivotal moments in their lives. Her motivation is deeply rooted in her own experience as a mother, as she’s gained a new level of compassion, gratitude, and deeper love for the small details of everyday life that often fade with time. In turn, she loves to capture and preserve tender memories for clients that they can go on to remember forever through her visual medium.

Tiana graduated from Washtenaw Community College with her Associates Degree in Business Management and Photographic Certification. When she’s not behind the camera or running her business, Motherhood Portraits, she enjoys eating ice cream, watching comedy movies, reading, traveling, and going on walks in the park with her blended family of 8. Tiana also donates time at the NICUs of C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital (University of Michigan in Ann Arbor) and St. Vincent Mercy Health (in Toledo), where she gifts free portrait sessions to families with premature babies.
