Shara Jackson Harper
Condensed Childbirth Class (1 Day & Virtual)
Welcome Baby Class (1 Day & Virtual)
Shara Jackson Harper (she/her) is committed to creating space for individual empowerment through excellence in up-to-date, evidence-based education. She guides class participants to feel comfortable and confident as she utilizes the knowledge and skills she has as a DONA trained birth doula, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, and Certified Lactation Educator Counselor (UC-San Diego). Shara is enthusiastic, engaging, and brings with her years of personal and professional experience. Passionate about mindfulness, self compassion, and growth in the transitions of families and individuals, Shara welcomes all to a judgement-free space. With a focus on the whole person experience of birth (mind, body, spirit), the impact of her classes is consistently praised by those who attend her classes. She spends her free time in nature, adding books to her home library that she will read someday, meditation, and fumbling through motherhood with her five children. She has been consulting with expectant parents for over ten years, and currently offers real-time instruction in her condensed (one-day!) virtual class offerings.
