In either case, you can count on having the consistent and reliable support you need, no matter when you go into labor or how long your labor lasts.
Prenatal Visit
Your birth doula team will meet with you during pregnancy to discuss your needs, concerns, and options for labor and birth. If desired, your doulas will assist you in creating a written birth plan that can be shared with everyone involved in your care. We look forward to getting to know you better and preparing to provide you with fabulous support!
On-Call Support
You can relax knowing that expert support is just an email or phone call away. Providing unlimited phone and email support throughout pregnancy, our doulas go on call for you the moment you contract with them. Day or night, you always have a birth doula available to make you and your family her number one priority!
Labor and Birth
Your birth doula is available by phone from the earliest signs of labor and will join you in person when you are ready for face-to-face support. She is a steady presence throughout labor, providing consistent reassurance, guidance, comfort measures, and encouragement.
After The Birth
The nurturing support your doulas provide doesn’t stop when your baby is born! Your doula will visit after delivery to discuss your experience, answer your questions about breastfeeding and newborn care, and connect you with any resources or additional support you may need.
