PRENATAl & Postnatal Movement
Join us in our Ann Arbor studio for sessions that will help support and prepare your body for pregnancy, birth, and a healing postpartum.
You will focus on breathing for relaxation and connection as well as building strength, mobility and stability as you adjust to the needs of your changing body. Our expert trainers at MOVE Wellness will empower you with the knowledge to move with ease, relieve discomfort, all while keeping the deep support muscles of the body strengthened. Your body is innately strong and intuitive, let us help support you in amplifying the path your body is already on before and after birth. All birthing parents are welcome.

MOVE offers both private sessions and group classes. If you are more than 16 weeks pregnant and new to Pilates, we ask that you do not sign up for a group class without at least one private session first so we can equip you with the modifications you will need to participate.
